3 Ways You Can Begin Living the Law of Attraction
Living the Law of Attraction on a daily basis tends to be the biggest challenge most people have with implementation of this principle.
Instead what happens is something more like yo-yo dieting. Gung-ho one moment and gone-in-a-flash the next. Smart dieters know that lifestyle changes are the key to long term success. They must learn to think like a thin person, act like a thin person, and develop the habits of a thin person.
The same applies to living the Law of Attraction on a daily basis. Some things must change. Here are a few tips to get you started:
Develop routines. A haphazard approach to your day attracts chaos. Begin by creating small changes into your morning rituals that set your day off on a positive note. Allow time to drink water, exercise, eat breakfast, meditate and read something inspirational. If you are missing any (or all!) of those elements add one at a time until it becomes a habit.
Don’t over schedule yourself. Block in recess time just as you would for any other activity. Put it in your calendar. If the thought of idle, un-scheduled time feels uncomfortable start by blocking out just ten minutes. Set a timer if you must. Do nothing except breath. Those few moments will allow your energy to flow again.
Gratitude moments. Remember, that thoughts create things-feelings, words, actions and results. A single thought of heart-felt thanks can shift your energy in a moment. Set a timer to ring at random moments during the day to remind you to notice and appreciate all that you have.
